Liane J. Leedom, M.D. is author Just Like His Father? a book about parenting kids who have genetic risk for ADHD, addiction and anti-social behavior AND The Child Well-Being Workbook, a complete parenting course. She received a BS in Psychobiology from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1987, and an M.D. degree four years later. She completed advanced training in psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Yale-New Haven Hospital. She has been involved in scientific research at all three of these institutions. When in practice, I she devoted her life toward helping people overcome severe depression. Her next book Driven to Do Evil: A Guide to Sociopathy for the Victims, Families, Friends and Lovers of Sociopaths will be available mid 2008. She is also co-author with Sandra L. Brown, M.A. of Women Who Love Psychopaths.
Marisol Muñoz-Kiehne, is host of Nuestros Ninos a weekly parenting radio show. She has practiced as a licensed clinical psychologist for over 20 years. She dedicates her career to fostering the well being of our children and families, with special attention to the Latino community, through child development and parenting classes, individual and family psychotherapy, training of therapists, interviews in the media, and educational and inspirational writings. Her work has earned official recognitions, and the appreciation of innumerable families.
Dr. Munoz is co-author with Dr. Leedom of Spanish versions of Just Like His Father? and The Child Well-Being Workbook.
Sandra L. Brown, M.A. holds a Masters Degree in Counseling. She was the previous founder & director of Bridgework, Inc., a comprehensive mental health center for the treatment of victimization and emotional trauma disorders. She has worked for almost 20 years in the field of Victimology. She has provided individual and group counseling to hundreds of survivors of dangerous men. She has also specialized in Psychopathology which has made her exceptionally alert to the issues of dangerousness in people. She has also treated perpetrators and dangerous men.She has been a consultant to hospitals, nonprofit agencies and human service providers in Victimology. She has written books and articles on the subject of victimization and has lectured at colleges and at workshops on the subject matter. She also designed and established residential treatment programs for abused women.
M. Louise Gallagher is author, writer and speaker. She works with individuals to guide them in reclaiming their joy. She states "We are magnificent human beings on the journey of a lifetime.
